1. Bruno Oudet, chair of the French Isoc chapter supports the Bulgarian ISOC chapter in its efforts to bring consensus in the TLDA .bg discussion and encourage all interested parties to work together for the goof of _all_ Bulgarian Internauts.

2.Bruno Oudet recalls that the Internet is a medium that should be free of governmental censorship or of any close interest groups.

1.Rolf Nordhagen, chairman, on behalf of the Norwegian Chapter of the Internet Society, supports the Bulgarian ISOC chapter in its efforts to bring consensus in the TLDA .bg discussion and encourage all interested parties to work together for the good of _all_ Bulgarian Internauts.

2. Rolf Nordhagen, chairman, on behalf of the Norwegian Chapter of the Internet Society, will most clearly state that Internet is a medium to be free of governmental censorship and should not be ruled by close interest groups but in the interest of the whole Internet community as well as in individual European countries. Thus governmental, or telecom licensing and other restrictive rules, should not be enforced. This also includes Bulgaria, a candidate for member of the European structures.

Angel Gonzalez as coordinator of the Spanish Galician Chapter of the ISOC, supports the Bulgarian ISOC chapter in its efforts to bring consensus in the discussion of the administration of the Bulgarian ccTLD domain, and encourages all interested parties, to work together for the good of the Bulgarian Internet community.

Every participant in such a discussion, should keep in mind that the Internet is a medium that should be free of governmental censorship and/or interference from any close interest group that tries to use its power and/or influence for their own specific benefit, in such a way that is detrimental to the rest of the Internet community.

1. The Finnish Internet Association supports the Bulgarian ISOC chapter in its efforts to bring consensus in the TLDA .bg discussion and encourage all interested parties to work together for the good of _all_ Bulgarian Internauts.

2. The Finnish Internet Assiciation notes that the Internet is a medium free of governmental censorship and should not be ruled by close interest groups but in the interest of the whole Internet community as well as in individual European countries. This also includes Bulgaria, a candidate for member of the European structures.

This resolution is accepted by the steering board of the Finnish Internet Association in Helsinki April 27. 1998.
